The pneumatically operated DUBLE SPRAYGUN WASHER is all made in stainless steel, is supplied with vapour exhauster, and consists of 2 spray-gun washers fitted together for both automatic and manual washing: one washer for spray guns stained with water paint, the other for solvent-based paint. Water washing: The automatically operated diaphragm pump is controlled by a timer that feeds a set of spraying nozzles. The washer includes a small pump, a nebulizer and a brushed fed with clean water to manually wash and (final) rinse parts. The washer basin that collects dirty paint water is provided with a mixer for coagulating and separating paint from water. Water and coagulated colour blots are discharged into the kit with pre-filter and bag-filter where solid and water particles are separated. Finally, filtered water can be used for the following washings. Solvent washing: The automatically operated diaphragm pump is controlled by a timer that feeds the washing machine fitted with a set of pre-washing spraying nozzles and a second diaphragm pump for final rinsing. The washer also includes a small pump and a nebulizer for manual wash and final rinse with clean solvent.
